Our Installation Process
Setting up your Expandable Modular unit is a streamlined process designed for minimal downtime and maximum convenience. From delivery to full expansion, most installations are completed in just a few hours.
Delivery & Site Placement
The unit is transported to your prepared site using a flatbed truck or trailer. A level foundation is recommended for optimal stability.
Positioning & Leveling
Using a crane or forklift, the unit is positioned on-site. Adjustable support legs or foundation anchors are then leveled and secured.
Unfolding the Structure
Side walls or slide-out sections are manually or hydraulically unfolded to create the expanded footprint. Locking mechanisms ensure safe.
Utility Connections
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC connections are made using standard fittings. The unit is now ready to receive power and water supply.
Interior Setup & Final Checks
Furniture, equipment, or appliances are added. A final inspection ensures everything is secure, functional, and move-in ready.
